About Polina

Hi, I’m Polina Lutsik Artemenko. I study Marketing and Business Technology at the University of Miami and I’m interested in the spaces where creativity, psychology, and technology overlap. I love exploring how people think, how culture shapes behavior, and how brands influence the world around us.

I am curious by nature and enjoy diving into subjects that explain why people do what they do. I like reading psychology books, learning about neuroplasticity, and studying how habits and beliefs form. I’m especially drawn to AI, marketing, and the future of consumer behavior because they combine human insight with innovation.

Outside of school and work, I love playing tennis, going to pilates, and staying active in ways that feel enjoyable. I spend a lot of time with friends, discovering new cafes, trying healthy spots, and exploring places that inspire me. Travel is one of my favorite ways to learn. I pay attention to the small cultural details that reveal how people live and what they value.

Wellness, aesthetics, and intentional living matter to me. I like understanding nutrition, routines, and the science behind feeling good. I’m the friend who knows which skincare ingredients are worth it, which olive oil to buy, and which candle smells like a luxury hotel lobby.

My multicultural background is a big part of who I am. I speak English, Russian, and Ukrainian fluently, and growing up with multiple languages taught me how to understand people on a deeper level. It gave me a flexible mindset and a natural ability to connect across cultures.

I value real conversations and moments that feel genuine, whether that is a long walk, a shared meal, or a spontaneous trip.

At my core, I am intuitive, analytical, creative, and always learning. I want to build a life that blends my interests in technology, psychology, wellness, beauty, strategy, and global culture.

This is who I am. Curious and always open to what comes next.

My mission is clear: to help people and ideas shine with intention, grow thoughtfully, and reach their full light. I care deeply about building brands that focus on positive change.

Why "StarPolly"?

StarPolly is a nickname that started in high school and never really left me. I was always leading something new, from student government to my own club and charity projects, and I loved being involved and contributing wherever I could. They said I had this “star energy” because I was always creating, organizing, or showing up for something. It became an inside joke that stayed with me.

Over time it stuck, and now it feels like a small, personal reminder of the version of me who loved trying everything and creating her own spark.

“We are stars wrapped in skin. The light you are seeking has always been within.”
